Booking Policy

Booking Appointment & Payment

To secure your appointment, a $25 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking via e-transfer to andryavilanails@gmail.com. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost on the day of your appointment.

 

Deposits are non-refundable, as your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.

The remaining balance must be paid in cash at the end of the service. For example, if your service is $85, you e-transfer $25 for the deposit then pay the remaining $60 in cash.

Rescheduling Appointment

Clients who have to reschedule their appointment, must provide at least 24 hours notice in order to transfer deposit to a new booking date. Reschedules made with less than 24 hours notice will be treated as a late cancellation.

Last-Minute Cancellations

Same-day cancellations and no-shows result in a $25 cancellation fee due within 12 hours of the original appointment date. A new deposit may also be required to secure a new appointment time.

Lateness

Clients are given a 15-minute grace period for arrival. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes result in a $15 late fee, shortened service time, or appointment cancellation depending on the schedule for the day.

These policies are in place to respect both your reserved appointment time and the time of all clients. By booking an appointment, clients agree to the terms of the booking policy.
